Position Title: Project Coordinator

What You'll Do:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind smooth project execution. You'll manage key administrative and communication tasks that keep our projects on track and our clients satisfied. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating all phases of project setup, documentation, and reporting.
  • Making 90+ proactive outbound calls daily to ensure pre-installation readiness.
  • Supporting project deliverables, technician payments, and scheduling follow-ups or reschedules.
  • Creating and maintaining project folders and company records.
  • Assisting with project milestones, timelines, and documentation such as installation and troubleshooting guides.
  • Managing invoicing based on project scope and ensuring timely billing.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress, focusing on timelines and deliverables.
  • Offering training and support to field technicians and temporary staff during peak periods.
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Communicating with retail locations to confirm service appointments and site readiness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes.
